Participant Coordinator

Summary & Objective


The Participant Coordinator is responsible for respondent communications regarding studies, updating records and expanding the participant pool. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepares and sends confirmation letters for respondents participating in upcoming projects.
  • Makes verbal confirmations prior to projects taking place.
  • Assists with daily updates
  • Add respondent information to project updates & scheduling  respondents in Research Tracker
  • Responsible for end of project “steps”
  • Project breakdown- remove paperwork from wall, cull call lists for data changes, place paperwork on shelf and maintain rotation every 90 days
  • ·       Close out project in Research Tracker with disposition of respondent records
  • General “housekeeping”- (straighten copy room, project bin wall, project bin table etc.)
  • Participant Panel Maintenance
  • ·       Opt outs, bounce backs, general database clean up.
    ·       Expanding database based on needed demographics and identified segments (as assigned by management)
    ·       Monthly data collection from Survey Gizmo
  • Serves as a back-up for recruiting
  • Any other duties as assigned by management​
Requirements
  • Must be able to communicate with diverse personalities in a professional setting
    Detail-oriented
    Ability to prioritize and multi-task – must have good time management skills
    Proficient in Microsoft office and basic computer skills
    Able to work with minimal amounts of supervision
    Previous experience in an office setting preferred
    Must at minimum be a high school graduate
 
Hours: Full time, salary 
Reports to: Facility Director
