Nashville Client Services Supervisor

Summary & Objective


The Client Services Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating all onsite client needs and project logistics with the aim of excellence in client service.​

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of project related on site needs – manage client Set Up information, room setup, project related paperwork, AV/special request needs (including estimates) and shipping.
  • Supervisor to Hosting and Catering Staff – hire, train and schedule Hosting & Catering Staff.
  • Maintain budget requirements for Client Services division and oversee for catering department
  • Management of facility area – routine upkeep of area, stock supplies for client use, receive and mail packages, answer phones & maintain voicemail, assist with facility improvements, etc.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Maintain Client Satisfaction for Hosting, Catering & Client Area.
  • Complete Project closeouts
  • Supports Project Managers with surveys, confirmations and any other recruiting efforts.
  • And any other duties as assigned by management.​
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven problem solver
  • Proactive customer service attitude
  • Strong technical abilities using software & a/v equipment - ability to quickly learn new solutions
  • Attention to detail
  • Interest in Market Research
Hours: Full time, salary 
Reports to: Facility Director
